Welcome Back: Josh Clemons, an ARCA RE/MAX Series (ARS) Rookie-of-the-Year candidate will look to make his first ARS start of the season in the second short track event of the 2007 season.

Nice Stat: Clemons Racing, a Ford Racing team will attempt to make their fifth ARS start at Salem Speedway this Sunday. In four previous attempts, Clemons has a career best finish of fifth occurring in 2004 after starting 10th. Clemons qualified a career-best fifth at the Southern Indiana based track in 2005.

Other superspeedway finishes include: 11th (Nashville Superspeedway, 2005) and 19th at Kentucky Speedway (2005). He also holds a superspeedway career best qualifying effort of fifth at Kentucky Speedway two years ago.

The Kentuckiana Ford Dealers ARCA 200 by Federated Auto Parts (200 laps/110 miles) is the fourth of 23 events on the 2007 ARCA RE/MAX Series schedule. Practice begins Saturday, April 21 with an hour and a half (12:30pm-2:00pm Local Time) session planned. ARCA pole qualifying is slated for later in the day at 3:30pm Local Time. The Kentuckiana Ford Dealers ARCA 200 by Federated Auto Parts will take the green flag the next day, Sunday, April 22 shortly after 2:15pm Local Time. The event will not be televised.
